Macnn: Apple CEO Steve Jobs will be getting a Lifetime Achievement in Technology award from the Vision Awards come September 23rd, says the Beverly Hills Courier. The Awards were founded in 1972, and grant recognition to "pioneering visionaries" in the fields of music, movies, TV, technology, medical research and leadership. The group is primarily concerned with fighting blindness, and has a number of celebrity supporters such as Barbara Walters and Colin Farrell.
