After we reported yesterday that the spring update for Windows 8.1 is scheduled to be released in April, it is now being reported that early builds of the update are in the hands of folks outside the walls of Redmond but alas, the full build has yet to leak.
The cloud storage platform will drop support for older versions of Windows in early 2022.
Microsoft just confirmed that Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 operating systems won’t get any new updates for AMD Ryzen and Intel 7th Gen processors.
thats fine with me as long as windows 10 and linux distros support ryzen, i'll have no complaints
Microsoft is tweaking its support cut-off dates again for Intel Skylake-based devices so that users can continue to get security updates until Microsoft's original end-of-support dates.
