On topic, I am glad to hear about new features coming to the console, and also look forwards to upcoming game announcements (and possibly studio acquisitions) as well. MS is working on all of these things as we speak.

No , I don't see it because it doesn't happen nearly as frequently from the Xbox fanbase.

I don't care for fanboys , flamewars or online arguments.

I like gaming. I don't play console manufacturers resolutions or have favourites.

I own all three consoles and I play the games I want on the console I want.

I agree 100%. But, it’s obvious they have nothing else going on in their lives to put some much weight to console sales. “PS more than doubles XB sales and has more exclusives”. Great... awesome... so go play them. It’s the same people over and over, saying the same things over and over. I’ve spent a lot of time to understand this logic, but you’ll drive yourself insane. Like I said, they have nothing else in their life. Just let them enjoy their console being #1... Video games are fun no matter what you choose. Some people can’t accept that

You are 100% correct.

These are the kind of people that hunt in packs and absolutely cannot see anyone else's point of view - its not just the Playstation fanboys, there's bad apples in Microsofts and Nintendos carts too it just seems that the PS cart is more rotten than most.

Wow, I didn't think there was any sanity left on this site. Rampant fanboys everywhere. But if we're being honest, the PS fanboys have been absolutely toxic this entire generation. Yes, all platforms have trolls, but PS trolls are the most rabid and fanatical. Sony can literally do no wrong in their eyes, and anything that has Microsoft's name on it is instantly bad. Because reasons. I have said this before, Sony fans are worse than Apple Fanboys now. They are verging on that level of blind loyalty.

Anyway, it's refreshing to see someone speak on the issues here and not be down voted to hell and back. Good to know there are still sane people on this forum.

I know Im late to the discussion and I dont mean to play devils advocate here but dont you think the lower overall occurrence of Xbox fanboys on playstation articles may be due to a lower overall number of Xbox fans or very passionate xbox fans?

I agree the trolling is dumb as hell though I dont see the point. And personally I'd rather see more features on the machines so it spurs competition myself. Most gamers are not seeing this as a rivalry but in the aspects that it IS a rivalry the gamers win through the escalation of features value and games.

Maybe because people want games?

New exclusives being announced?

Features are nice but isn't this supposed to be a console?
