I was guessing that might be the issue, a lot of people forced Windows 10 onto sub standard hardware and wondered why it sucked.

I've had no issues since upgrading to 10 and actually like it a lot more than the previous OS's.

I've seen videos of driver sitting with no hands on while it drives so i assume it works fine.

Not surprised by most of that, except that so many people still use MS browsers and that they can tell how much game time is spent and how many images are viewed in the image viewer.

What I tend to do is block ads on sites I might only visit once, if its a site I use repeatedly I will allow ads unless they are obnoxious then I will block ads.

I think 3D printing has the chance to be great aslong as people don't do stupid stuff with it.
Autonomous cars will really only ever work as intended when no silly meatbags are allowed to drive. Humans are too unpredictable for computer controlled cars to work around. Maybe with Googles GO playing Super computer that might go a step towards predicting but i wouldn't hold my breath on that.
