The film industry makes more money now than it ever has in history. They make money selling the same product in the box office and then they sell it again in the home video market, streaming, TV broadcasting etc. Popular films can generate over a billion dollars in profit.
People copied VHS and music cassettes in the 80s, they burnt film DVDs in the 90s.. Does anyone really believe that this has made any difference to the growth of the industry as a whole?
because xp still enables all the things you generally use a PC for i should think. It runs word, excel and outlook, lets you to go on internet/shop, use skype, play films/music, download stuff, do your banking, play games.

See how it fairs when released and if demand proves strong from the outside world then maybe consider it. People can always get on import in the meantime. Maybe Get every TV manufacturer to put it in their TVs... give google and apple some competition...
