That's really cool, I'd love to see that in future space craft. It'll be something like the space x grasshopper but with a space shuttle instead. It would be the ultimate way to travel around the moon especially if they use hydrogen fuel and solar power. Both those technologies have massively improved since the early days of the shuttles. Now we most likely have the technology to resolve the issues of the shuttles.
This trillion dollar investment better pay off.

retina only refers to Pixels per inch (PPI), and it is a term coined by apple for marketing therefore if another company used that term they may get in trouble. The SIII lumia 920 and any other phone with a HD display can be described as retina displays.
Retina refers to the PPI being high enough that the human eye can not distinguish individual pixels from a certain distance (usually 1-3ft).

yeah but that is a large exaggeration. Something I would say instead is that it's like going from an automatic to a manual. The automatic maybe easier to use but the manual if used right has better mileage, acceleration and more.

thats nice, but I'm not making the jump from windows, mainly because of the issues in terms of my wireless adapter drivers and video card drivers (though the video card is HP's fault).
I've also seen an noticeable improvement in preformance using windows 8(about 10-15%) so thats something to look at. Also I don't like dual booting so I'm probably just going to stick with windows seeing as how I need to use visual studio and office a lot and gaming isn'...

the games right now are phone quality and xbla quality. The also say that hydro thunder hurricane (great game btw) is also coming out soon. I'm sure there will be higher quality games when it comes out and I'd be surprised if anything big goes on the marketplace before then.

I can't say I like Kim Dotcom too much from what I've seen, he just acts like someone who likes to flaunt his wealth and acts like the sort of person who if you make a bet with them and you loose they will remind you of it for ages.
I can say however that I find it easier to support Dotcom over someone like Geohot.

yeah it took me a day or two as well but i got used to it. In terms of productivity it seems to be just as good as windows 7 imo. Though everyone uses a computer a different way.

consumer is way better than dev, and also you can just do upgrade in the install options to make it so you keep your old files.
they missed one thing on this. You can install it onto a computer that doesn't have windows 7. You just need to choose install on different partition and then it gives you an option to put it on a flash drive. And there you go, just use the key you purchased there.

what? Nowadays most new laptops come with at least 4GB of ram. If your computer is running slowly and you are a light user then 8GB of ram isn't going to do much. And it is usally malware or adware slowing it down.
If you really want to see an improvement replace your HDD with an SSD. You will notice the differences moments after you turn on your computer.
