Well if you don't use pirate software you have nothing to worry about.
Although I think all this may be more aimed at xbox one than at PC as that will also be getting Windows 10.

Modders on xbox deserve to get their hardware disabled. I detest them. They have totally ruined certain xbox live games on the 360 due to them using mods to cheat.

Just bought a windows 8 laptop. It took me about 20 minutes to work out how to shut it down but the more i'm getting used to it the more i'm liking it.
