It's been proven quite definitively that they don't, by a number tech sites and youtubers.
If your opinions are based on demonstrably fallacious or non-existent data, or are merely the product of personal prejudices and hatred, then your opinions are WRONG. They need to be changed, and if you won't change them, that means you are being wilfully ignorant and dishonest. If you do not or cannot speak from a position founded in truth or reason, and display an ethically compromised approach to the freedom of expression you have been granted, then I would not allow you to disseminate...
If the only way you know how to speak is through lies and subterfuge, you probably shouldn't be given a platform to do so.
Reality is that was the other way around. Jobs stood on Wozniak's shoulders to elevate himself.
Ray Kurzweil's prediction success rate is less than stellar:

Some of them are purely over-optimistic and some are just a bit bananas. I don't think cultural acceptance of trans-humanism will be anywhere near as quick as he believes, if it ever at all reaches a state anything like he proposes.
The A8 CPU inside the iPhone 6 runs rings around the Cortex A9 found in the S3, not to mention the GPU comparison. The comparison criteria here shows how little the author knows about the innards of mobile devices. The Ghz will always hover around that number because of battery drain and TDP (the maximum amount of heat generated by the chip that the cooling system can handle). The battery mAh also belies the advances made in battery efficiency, the iPhone 6/s will last hours longer than the S...
Like the ones that designed this? Not quite.
Motor and sensory nerves, not brain synapses. That would be incredibly risky, if not impossible surgery to boot.
It is a breakthrough for those with MS, ALS/MND and physical injuries resulting in nerve damage.
Based on what we can gather, this planet and its sun are quite a bit older than the earth, and the sun has entered a phase of expansion as it transforms from youthful yellow into an old, red giant. This would explain why the planet is mostly rock covered, as the oceans have likely evaporated due to the intense heat. Thus, whatever civilization may have developed there is either long dead or long gone.
Not to mention it's only 1400 light years away. I doubt the planet has ...
That's essentially what this is. They don't want a foreign company monopolizing their digital markets at home. If Google wants to trade in the EU, they will play by EU rules. That's minding your own business(es), literally.
Here's the thing: their theories (scientific theories, not the "it's just a theory" kind) are made of demonstrable bodies of work, comprised of research and experimentation, that they have poured countless hours into and had them reviewed by thousands of others of higher or similar acumen. This body of work has been built up over thousands of years, most recently using a process we call "science."
Now, you can choose to accept these people as the a...
Yes, because self driving cars are a threat to your electric car vision, eh?
We're not over 3 billion years old. We're about 200000 years old. Life on earth is still relatively young compared to the age of the planet itself and far pre-dates us.
Sometimes the free food in the cafeteria isn't prepared by the gourmand.
Sometimes our wallets are so fat that we can't sit properly at the dinner table.

Office politics is a problem everybody has in a large corporate environment. The rest of these complaints are almost insulting. It basically highlights high employee morale and incredibly low stress.
Well... that's the idea. They're no pretending to be a group, it's akin to the Alan Smithee pseudonym for directors who don't want their name attached to a work. It's just the de facto means of obscuring the identities of those involved in questionable cyber activity.
People need to stop looking at Anonymous like it's a purposed group, it's just an idea. You are just stating that you are "ANONYMOUS", i.e. unnamed.
I don't think "half-wits" is a suitable description for people with clearly exceptional investigatory and computing/networking skills. There's no evidence linking them to others who've assumed the anonymous mantle either, they've just stated that they too are "anonymous", i.e. unnamed.
Why, this must mean that Facebook is a failure and Mark Zuckerberg is a LIAR!! EVERYBODY PANIC!!

As long as the acceleration is gradual enough, sure.
The Galaxy S III is marvellous, well worth it. I upgraded from an iPhone 3GS and what an upgrade it is. I especially like how nothing is hidden from me; I am granted full control over my own device and how it operates. Quite liberating when coming from the Apple ecosystem.
ML is a kind of AI. But AI can also be achieved using Deep Learning, Neural Networks and SVM, and many more. Often these techniques are applied together to solve larger problems. It's nothing like it's portrayed in movies or even by some fear-mongering, self-professed "futurists". It's actually quite stupid, but it can be used to crack some particularly hard nuts, and make people's jobs much easier.
