For the record, since it's an android phone and runs flash, yes, I'm sure it can manage. The question should really be, will it be small enough to handle and let you keep that free hand available?
It would actually be a lot easier to tell the difference because a higher resolution also means there is more space for icons and what not. As a reference, look up the Evo 3D's 4.3 inch QHD display vs The Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch's 4.5in SAMOLED+ screen. The Evo 3D has a high resolution with a smaller screen, but still manages to have significantly smaller icons and and they are also crisper. Apple is successful BECAUSE they over charge. They labeled themselves as the 'premium product' and people have that sense that they NEED to have the best products available, regardless of cost.
So people bought in.
IOS only runs better because its in dedicated hardware, if Apple allowed the open source abilities to the developers and the consumers that Google does, then IOS would run atrociously. That's, sadly, one of the down falls of an open source product.
