Pocket-Lint: Research in Motion has announced that the BlackBerry Messenger Social Platform is now available as a public beta - meaning that Java developers can now integrate the popular communication platform into their apps.

With sales going done, prices for their devices going down, and stocks going down you would think that eventually RIM would hit rock bottom. Well, now it seems as if they have.
