IGN: iPod Nano Hands-On

The iPod nano has seen quite a few aesthetic and feature changes since it first launched in 2005. It began with a simple rectangular design with clickwheel controls and a small color screen, then evolved into a square-like shape with video support with the 3rd generation in 2007, and returned to its rectangular roots with the 4th generation in 2008, and finally the addition of a built-in camera with video recording in 2009. Now Apple has taken a drastic new approach with the 2010 iPod nano, which for the first time ditches the traditional clickwheel in exchange for a multitouch display and trims the size and shape of the device down substantially.
