No, they are a myopic mess that can not even see the actual color of the sky correctly. They barely evolved leaving us with a gigantic blindspot.
Many, many animals have evolved better eyes than ours. The problem is that we didn't need our eyes to evolve anymore than they had so this is what we are stuck with.
