HTC Nexus 9 tablet gains FCC approval

With the HTC Nexus 9 tablet rumored for an October 16th launch, the uncovering of the tablet’s FCC documentation comes as no surprise. The government documents do not confirm any of the rumored specs that have been circulating, but the aspect ratio of the FCC label location image does show that the HTC Nexus 9 tablet will not have a traditional 16:9 aspect ratio that we’ve seen on most other Android tablets. This isn’t really new information since the leaked Nexus 9 keyboard case seems to match up nicely with HTC’s outline of the tablet.
