Maximum PC: Google has to be pleased with the growing popularity of Chromebooks, which are laptops built around the search giant's cloud-based Chrome OS. I don't get the Chromebook thing. Functional low-end laptops aren't exactly expensive, and I'm always seeing $200+ chromebooks.

$20 more than this chromebook and you can find a functional dualcore, full-OS laptop if you shop around just a tiny bit.
