Android One will sell 2 million units according to MediaTek

The Android One program has just taken its first few steps in India with a great launch involving three new $100 devices. The Android One program is Google’s initiative to offer pure Android mid-range phones for small prices to emerging markets like India. The new Android One line included the Karbonn Sparkle V, Micromax Canvas A1 and Spice Dream Uno. Sundar Pichai also announced future partners including HTC, Lenovo, Panasonic and Xolo.
