8CN: The Oculus Rift has been making headlines for almost a year, raising $2.4 million through Kickstarter last year, and debuting a new 1080p prototype at this past E3. Strangely, there's still no date on the actual release of the virtual reality gaming device, but a latest round of fundraising has gotten the tech one step closer to market.
