BBC: Samsung has won a UK High Court case against Apple over the design of the firms' respective tablet computers.
You added BBC as the credit url rather than the source and noted as fixed. Thats not quite right. The source is BBC, and your site is the credit URL.
Ah ok, taken it out. The BBC story is sourced within the article, with a link going to the article that Racer-X has suggested. I don't see what the problem is? Happy to sort when I know.
"Judge Colin Birss disagreed saying Apple's designs were not being infringed because Samsung's Galaxy Tab was not as "cool" as the iPad."
I'm starting to like this judge. :)
Too bad Apple lost the case it was really going in their favor.
I don't think Samsung really cares if a judge thinks their products aren't as cool, only if they are allowed to sell them or not.
