Sony released PS4 Firmware Update 6.0 earlier this month without warning which confused everyone as nobody knew exactly what was including in the latest major update.
Gary Green said: We’re finding ourselves in a similar position with the Pixel Remaster edition of Final Fantasy IV as we were with Final Fantasy III since, once again, we’ve received a slightly upscaled, more vibrant port of the original game when there’s already an expanded 3D remake available. As such, we’re playing a game which, even after its long-awaited release, still lives very much in the shadow of its remake.
If only they didn't screw ps4 owners over with a physical release. I'd have ran through this in a heartbeat.
The first one I played, it was the one that made me fall in love with JRPGs and is still my favorite to this day. A masterpiece
The Nerd Stash: "The Wasteland is unforgiving, and there are a ton of brutal ways to die in the Fallout universe. We listed out the absolutely worst ones."
While many are fans of the Honkai Star Rail story so far, The Nerd Stash believes that the deaths of Robin and Firefly no longer carry much weight.
I noticed immediately that the PS-Store opens faster and the whole ui is more responsive in general. The only slight negative I noticed is that the web browser displays at a lower resolution if you switch between apps and the browser or between different tabs for a second or 2.
Good job Sony
It's actually quite surprising how far it's come and how much the install speed improved
Ok, someone explain something to me. He wasn't connected to the internet. He installed games from disks. How are installs so fast? Did he speed up a video? Also… this is hard to follow comparison. Slow motion all over the place. Also 2.5 is really old firmware.
i'm not sure how reliable of a comparison that is, like he compared 6.0 to 2.5, shouldn't he have done the comparison with 5.5 to see the actual improvement in all these categories? otherwise, we do not know which version improved these stuff.
