Hot Hardware - In 2004, Motorola released a line of flip phones that became one of the best selling phones in the world. Needless to say, the original Motorola RAZR enjoyed great success and gave Motorola a big name in the wireless industry for a number of years. Over the RAZR's four-year run, Motorola sold more than 130 million units.

Unfortunately for Motorola, the second coming of the RAZR, dubbed the RAZR 2, wasn't quite as successful as the first line. During this period, Motorola's share of the mobile phone market dropped significantly, leaving some to wonder if the company would ever regain the strong foothold it had in the wireless market.

Droid RAZR and RAZR MAXX will receive ICS on 12th June

appsplit: "There have been plenty of reports regarding the ICS update for Motorola’s DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX but we haven’t seen any progress so far. Today, we have new reports coming in from different sources that Verizon and Motorola are planning to roll-out ICS updates starting next week from 12th June."
