Engadget - We've already established that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a great tablet. Then, just recently, we summarily found that the 1.2-inch smaller Galaxy Tab 8.9 is an even better tablet -- at least for anyone who wants to take their slate places. So, following that logic, the even more petite Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus should be the best of the three, right?
Geek: After an image was uploaded to a Chinese forum site, rumors are swirling that Sony may be working on a 6.44-inch phablet to take on devices like the Galaxy Note and Huawei’s new 6-inch Ascend Mate. But at a half inch larger than the Huawei and just a half inch short of the Nexus 7, Galaxy Tab 7, and Kindle Fire, it’s quite possible Sony isn’t building this device to get in on the phablet action.
why would they set themselves up for this...
Nexus pretty much locked that tablet sizing option down and then sony is in critical condition ...
AppSplit: "Samsung has announced a new Galaxy Tab at CES 12. The new Tablet is dubbed as “Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus N” and it’s just for the Germany market to dodge Apple’s lawsuit against the original Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus."
