Microsoft patent division taking cash from at least 5 Android vendors

I find it hilarious that MS is has more profits from Android devices than it does from it's own WP7 devices.

thats coz WP7 is a piece of crap compared to android. but that seems to be microsofts policy. they too lazy to work on an idea so they patent it and when someone takes the initiative not knowing the patent exists, they get sued for it. thats more profitable for them than hiring a team to work hard an creating a product out of an idea.

Microsoft was always against open source. they still are. as much as they claim to be all for it, why have they got no open source platform?

but thank god for linux. i know once i made the switch, it took me a while to get round to learning something new. but thanks to the dedicated community i learnt quite a lot and i never once went back to windows. as far as im concerned, microsoft can take their products and shove it.
