Apple has officially kickstarted in-app subscriptions through the App Store, showing that iOS 4.3 is not necessary to get it up and running. Here are the details.
As we previously reported on, Apple is now demanding a 30% cut on extra content made available to apps, be that subscriptions or simply add-on content, such as eBooks. This means that apps that were selling goods apart from the App Store must come into compliance by the end of June or risk being pulled. This, of course, includes legacy apps such as Amazon's Kindle.
Vision Pro is here and it’s a surprisingly capable device. Apple has also loaded the headset with a ton of options and features that aren’t obvious at first glance.
Apple is anticipated to announce the new OLED iPad Pro this spring. Although there has been considerable speculation about the product, it’s always reassuring when Apple officially confirms certain features through upcoming software updates.
