Padvance: App Store Subscriptions Are Live

Apple has officially kickstarted in-app subscriptions through the App Store, showing that iOS 4.3 is not necessary to get it up and running. Here are the details.

As we previously reported on, Apple is now demanding a 30% cut on extra content made available to apps, be that subscriptions or simply add-on content, such as eBooks. This means that apps that were selling goods apart from the App Store must come into compliance by the end of June or risk being pulled. This, of course, includes legacy apps such as Amazon's Kindle.

I've fixed the images on some of these past submissions of yours. Please in the future make sure the image isn't broken on submission.( I always found it best to download/upload it to be honest. )
