So back in July Steve Ballmer promised the Windows tablet will be coming out. They are but slowly. Smaller companies like TegaTech have decided to step up to the bat at make tablets. The Tega v2 was created by Hugo Ortega; a tablet PC enthusiast from Australia, TegaTech Australia was excited to see that we were interested in reviewing their products.
