WSJ: Saudi Arabia's telecom watchdog and local phone operators have reached a preliminary agreement with Canada's Research In Motion over the handling of BlackBerry data that call for a server to be set up in the kingdom, an official at a Saudi-based telecom operator involved in the talks said.
