Wired: Twitter co-founder Biz Stone said Thursday that his company has about 200 employees and expects this number would double this year. Stone was speaking to a(nother) reporter in off-the-cuff remarks after accepting a 2010 Mirrors Award in what would certainly qualify as an “OH” moment if Tweeted first on the micro-blogging service.
Airlines, Air France, KLM, and Ryanair no longer offer customer service support using Twitter's direct message functionality.
