PC World: "Mobile phone makers are scrambling to come up with a response to Apple's iPhone 4, which was just announced Monday, and it looks like Motorola may have come up with a pretty good one: a 2GHz smartphone by the end of the year."
Out of all the manufacturers, Motorola? Correct me if I'm wrong, but they have to slowest devices (in terms of tech specs) out of the 3 major manufacturers (HTC, Samsung, Motorola) for Android devices. Again correct me if I'm wrong, but AFAIK they still haven't announced a 1GHz phone.
Well Motorola is feeling the success of the droid.... It did break in the android market and because of that phone it contributes to one reason why Android os is a major iphone competitor today. I prefer HTC and Samsung, But i wouldn't look down on Motorola just yet.
I'm not so sure if I want a Motorola handset... but I wouldn't dismiss any new device prematurely based on older devices. I sure hope they keep the promise, will be tough going up against Tegra2 though, assuming it takes off this time around.
I hope it will have a super amoled display thats at least 4.3". And is on Verizon.
