Will Net neutrality drive up Internet access prices?

"Are you prepared to pay an extra 50 bucks a month for your Web access? Ready to watch your Net service slow to a crawl? Or YouTube disappear?

There’s a lot of doom and gloom floating around over the FCC’s so-called Net neutrality mandate, which after years of rhetoric, and plenty of highs and lows, finally looks close to becoming a reality.

Net neutrality would force Internet access providers to treat all traffic equally, heading off plans to charge extra for different services (like streaming video or VOIP services) and keeping them from slowing down traffic on bandwidth hogs (again, like streaming video, or file-sharing services like BitTorrent)."
