AMD's 32-Core Ryzen Threadripper had an issue that caused it to perform terribly during gaming. Turns out the fault was on Nvidia's end and its been fixed.

Did they ever test an AMD gpu in there? Where's the AMD/Nvidia GPU comparison with the CPU in question?
Thankfully nvidia stepped up to the plate and fixed amd's compatibility issues.
Made their non-gaming centered cpu work well in games with nvidia GPUs.
FYI not all CPU's are alike, some perform well in games, but trash in logic/video rendering. Others are awesome at logic/rendering but shit at real time game rendering and what not.
Props to Nvidia for fixing an AMD issue.
