Unless they have wireless communication, which doesn't seem to be the case from what I read, how could they do that?

The Russians usually have hacking antennas set up within communication towers and use the metal fragments deposited by chemtrail dispencers on airplanes to hack non connected devices. This is well established by my source in the back alley.
