So if these violate federal law , what laws are in place to protect the manufacture from people opening up the component and damaging it then claiming it came like that . Their has to be some give and take protection for both sides
This is the first time I've heard that this is illegal, because most product that are available here in Kuwait have that.

No they don't. That is a misinterpretation of whatever law the author thinks these things are violating. These stickers are there to prevent people from claiming a free repair on something they themselves broke. They let the manufacturer know whether the damage is caused by a legit defect or human error.
