I leased a note 4 it doesn't end till 2017 so no upgrades for me as I plan to own this note 4 after leasing it, and not fall into constantly leasing and never owning. it also works out though because I use to would rush to get the newest phone now I can sit back and wait until its an actual upgrade.

The reason it hasn't been approved is simply because contributors have not approved it. It's that simply, TechSpy is a User-empowered platform.
