Dozens of charred, abandoned cars made for a surreal landscape after a massive wildfire swept across a major Southern California freeway yesterday afternoon. Early this morning officials confirmed that five drones flying over the scene hindered firefighters’ response and caused the fire to jump the freeway.
A $230 pocket-sized drone that can only fly for three minutes.
In the span of 13 months, eight drones have crashed.
Attacks like this one are likely to become more of a problem in the future.
So damn stupid.
Between this and the guy who was able to put a handgun on a drone and shoot via his cell phone, it's pretty evident that drones DO NOT help society.
