Apple iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus Specs: 2GB RAM, 12MP Camera, Force Touch

When KGI Securities release info regarding unannounced Apple products, you take them seriously. The securities firm has an excellent track record when it comes to iPhone related leaks. Their latest report says that the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will pack 2GB of RAM. Apple is reportedly going to make use of LPDDR4 RAM, which will be paired with the next-generation Apple A9 SoC.

According to KGI, the iPhone 6s will feature a 4.7-inch display, whereas the iPhone 6s Plus will have a 5.5-inch display. The report doesn't mention anything about screen resolution, but we do hope for a bump to Full HD on the 4.7-inch iPhone. Both iPhone 6s models are said to come equipped with a 12MP camera sensor.
