If this were to become a thing I think it should only be used for across the board, everyone gets this done, kinds of changes. Example- Every pregnancy gets checked for hereditary diseases and gets changed to get rid of those diseases, or every kid gets a boost to their intelligence. I hate the idea of "Oh, I want my baby to have perfect skin, green eyes, blonde hair, blah blah blah and I can do it 'cause I'm so rich" kinds of situations.
I would say the only choice should be whether you want a boy or a girl.
