TechRadar - "Samsung has packed in more power, an even better display and a great camera making the Note 4 for an excellent smartphone. It'll be too big for some and the S Pen is still questionable, but overlook this and you'll be happy."

Not for long with Marshmallow and new TouchWiz coming

silvacrest3311d ago

wont the note 4 get both anyway?

xTheMercenary_3311d ago

Note 4 has a 3220Mah compared to that of the note 5 which is 3000Mah. I'd probably say with the updates coming up the note 4 will still be on top, but not by much.

This is the first article I have seen that reported better battery life for the Note 4. Benchmark tests show Note 5 by about 30 minutes.

I think the update on the Note 4 and 5 for the Marshmallow will greatly improve thebattery life

dboyman3311d ago

No mention that the Note 4 still has removable batter and microsd card slot while the Note 5 does not? That is the bigger deal IMO...

Sitdown3310d ago

An overblown deal in my opinion.

gunnerforlife3310d ago

@sitdown yeap sure is overblown, I mean who would want to upgrade their memory with a sd card? Or change their battery when their battery gets old... So overblown right... People like you that love closed systems that give their consumers no freedom or option to make it better, disgust me.

Sitdown3310d ago (Edited 3310d ago )

@gunnerforlife
People who make rants off of poor assumptions disgust me. If people need to "upgrade" there memory or power up there are alternatives. Freedom is being able to go to any company I desire to get what I needed. LG still offers both options, or one could just acquire any of the previous notes. Whether you like it or not, it's overblown because there are still viable alternatives. Last I checked, nobody forcing you to buy into this "closed system". Now be disgusted with your self for trying to embed me in your closed system.

Only because your parents can afford to upgrade your precious trust fund phablet with an objectively worse model.

Hell even the Galaxy S4 Neo is better than this garbage excuse for an upgrade.

PirosThe4th3311d ago

Yep that's why I got a note 4 instead. It won't be long until devs port the good apps that come with the note5 anyway.
