Judge rule that it’s OK to serve legal papers via Facebook

If you’re on the run from being legally served, you might want to avoid Facebook as well. In a landmark case, a Staten Island man was given permission to use Facebook to serve his ex-wife legal notice to inform her that he won’t be paying child support anymore.
