Our misandrist court system needs a major revamp. Men shouldn't be paying child support for a full grown adult; it's called CHILD support for a reason. It should be a given that once the child turns 18, child support is terminated. Not to mention the way many courts treat divorce, where men have to pay for "lifestyle support" despite already dividing everything in "half".

that's complete bullshit seeing how you can't even use facebook as evidences in a court cases. but you can serve them legal papers! even though the same court can say you can't past messages as evidences saying that how can we know that they were the one's who actually sent that. that anyone could have been on that persons account and sent those. so in turn i should have the right and say the same to the court system saying how do you know that i was the one who actually got served and it wasn't someone else using my account and deleted the message. if they do use this in the end this country and court system is truly messed up in the head
