Google’s been tracking your every step and you MAY not have known

Google has a neat location history feature which allows you to see where you’ve been if you allow your phone to save location data via the Google Maps app. The feature is totally opt-in, which means that by default, you would not have volunteered to disclose your location. The problem is that sometimes mobile users volunteer to share their mobile location without even considering what they’ve really done.

funny thing was Google suddenly decided my "home" is the eating joint i once in a blue moon used to visit. i hope it's corrected now.
