you're an idiot. the Xbox One controller runs on AA batteries UNLESS you buy a battery pack, which adds up to additional cost ($15 - $20). so basically, u can't even use the controller without it having to be plugged up UNLESS you go out and pick yourself up some more AA batteries or a battery pack.

the PS4 comes with a recharible battery that is packed in at about the same cost of an Xbox One controller without ANY batteries. so again, the controller is more advance in this department.

save the comfort garbage for yourself. this is a matter of opinion.

spec over spec, the PS4 controller has a onboard touch pad that is basically a 2nd Dual Shock controller that you can rely on when you run out of buttons or need an alternative navigation input(s). and because its a touch pad, it's inputs can be written and configured @ a (((MINIMUM))) of 15+ ...and that is with ALL of these inputs existing together. don't believe me? here's proof:

again, because its a touch pad, the basic functions do not just apply to the oversized button beneath the pad. it can detect where u r touching/tapping it even without activating this button. so again Xbox One controller loses here. throw in the PS4's gyroscope and accelerometer (roll,pitch,yaw + acceleration on the Z field) and its game over. the Xbox controller shows it's age severely when you pit it against this controller.
