I've heard of a few isolation incidents of malicious ads on the pornhub channels. Nothing a good adblock can't handle, though.

Do smartphones get viruses and malware? I constantly use my iPhone 4S to search educational sites concerning "human breeding", and I don't see anything wrong with it.

Just install a well known/trusted anti-malware program on the app store and be careful what you download from the app store otherwise; there's a lot of perfectly legal crap apps that take your photos and stuff without your direct involvement/permission.
