Good to see Windows Phone making steps in the market and nice to see the apple bubble pop. I don't hate Apple just bored with the thinner, Faster same old same old by apple and I hope this forces them to change there ways.

heres hoping windows takes some ground. Competition is always a good thing.

I am not a huge fan of the windows tile layout (I like a minimalistic style and the squares really don't do that for me) but if Microsoft wants to bring some awesome features to the table I welcome it as Google with Android needs a kick up the arse. I am a new user to Android and it is better than iOS (more features and customisation) but it could be so much better and I think it is up to Microsoft to make them realise that as Apple are stuck in their ways

i just hope apple gets squeezed out.. i cant take their whole "i know better then you" attitude about taking away your freedom and not letting you install what you want unless its vetted through their app store.. Makes it hell for app developers like me trying to pitch a product to an investor.

Big Android fan but depending on Windows Phone's direction, I might give it a try. Hpefully they pick up.

Personally I would suggest against it. MY Xperia had to be sent out for an rma because it stopped booting. So I went and picked up a pre paid Windows phone 8 phone... (Redundant much? lol) And it feels like a significant step backwards compared to Android or even iOS. Win phone has a bit of ground to cover, I felt like it was stepping into android around 2.0 (Eclair) in features and apps.

Too bad, I was actually excited about using one for a few weeks.
