TechRadar - The Nokia Lumia 625 is a phone that is designed to really hit two key things users are looking for: cheap 4G and a larger screen.
It ticks both of those boxes, coming as it does with a price tag of around £200 ($320, around AUS$340) and offering a 4.7-inch display into the bargain. However, given it's now competing with up to 12 other Lumia choices, it doesn't really stand out as well as it should.
Mirolta: Nokia added cheerful and powerful low end devices in their Lumia range with the launch of Lumia 520 and Lumia 620. Now they have added another device, Nokia Lumia 625, to the portfolio to compete with the large screen rivals out there. It runs on the same Windows Phone 8 platform like the other Lumia devices but has got the largest display of them all. Nokia was the only one lagging in the display size war with even their flagship device having a 4.5-inch display only. We have seen the displays on mobiles grow up to a level where they can’t be termed as phone anymore.
Engadget - A classic, colorful Lumia that offers LTE for a reasonable price. But, its obvious flaws mean it could've been so much better.
TechRadar - Nokia hopes to tempt the cash-strapped over to the big-screen fast-4G dark side with its latest handset, the Nokia Lumia 625.
But can a 4.7-inch screen with a little price win the TechRadar team over? Has Nokia compromised on other specs too much?
