I dont know. I like the look of the HTC One. It seems to have a better build quality. WTF happened to Samsung? The Galaxy S line (captivate) was built great. Then they went all plastic on us. If I were to get either one I would be rooting it anyway so it doesn't matter.
Both are great phones.
