Well flash forward and the iPhone is keeping its reigns on the market, while Android phones are rearing up the back, Windows Phones are making a surge ahead, and then there is BlackBerry simply trying to re-establish themselves in the market. The Z10 marked the first BlackBerry to see a release without a keyboard in quite some time and was a clear focus on catching up with the times and switching to a straight touchscreen style coupled with their brand new operating system. It looked as though the company now strictly under BlackBerry instead of Rim might actually find its way back on the map and make a statement in the market again.
There’s a new battle commencing between Facebook and BlackBerry. On Tuesday, the social network sued the phone maker over alleged infringement of six patents. Of these, one is related to a voice message feature in BBM Enterprise.
