KachiBlog: "The pre-order for Samsung Galaxy S4 has begun today, March 28. Carphone Warehous has started with it luring potential customers with some free accessories.
According to Carphone Warehouse retailer, early bird customers will be getting in-car charger, screen protector and a case with the pre-order of Samsung Galaxy S4."
The Samsung settlement is for just under $14 million dollars, but only $2.8 million is actually going to consumers.
The Galaxy S4, in its day, was a pretty capable smartphone. However, with its fourth birthday fast approaching, its update period has long since passed.
