The Inquirer - Huawei has told us that its first quad-core smartphone, the Ascend D Quad, won't be released in Europe until October.
The Huawei Ascend D Quad was first given an outing at Mobile World Congress back in February, where it was touted as the "world's fastest smartphone". However, it's unlikely to live up to that claim when it finally appears, as Huawei has told The INQUIRER that it won't be arriving in the UK until October, despite original expectations for a second quarter release.
