It's not even Chrome. It's a webkit wrapper with Chrome sync. Stupid morons at Apple won't allow google to use it's actual v8 engine to power it. It's essentially safari, gimped a bit (apple wont let anyone access its nitro engine in safari) and then reskinned.

On top of that, you can't change the default browser on iOS.

Stick to android if you want Chrome on your phone, for now.

Sure, be Negative Nancy if you want. But the fact is, for those of us looking for a better iOS browser, Chrome actually runs circles around Safari. More screen real estate, sync with Chrome on your laptop/desktop, unlimited tabs, incognito tabs. It's a damn sight better than Safari.

He's not being a negative nancy. He was being informative but he sort of threw his own opinion on which mobile OS we should use. :P

Apple is locking down it's hardware with startling speed. I truly hope the future of the web is open source and not some stylish junk without substance that is reminiscent to the barriers around New York City, in Escape from New York.
