Generally you can't sue the US Government under the doctrine of sovereign immunity. But you can challenge the legality of a law if you are being directly harmed by the law.
I think the issue here is the "indefinite detention" part of the NDAA. This can in fact be challenged and will probably be overturned in the years it takes to go through our court system. It's fundamentally opposed to the bill of rights, so I don't see how it could stand in court.

I completely, used properly this could help a lot of people. I'll hold my breath and see how it works in reality, because there are some issues they don't mention. For instance, reducing the effect of alcohol don't in effect reduce the craving. So this could be helpful, like you mention, as a part of a therapy.

I agree, I never had too many problems with Vita though and I've had zero issues with 7. I'm looking forward to what 8 bring to the table.
What do you expect? We're talking about Comcast here. We got DirecTV and couldn't be happier. No run around, no bogus billing, no problems other than the occasional storm black out (I missed part of the Rose Bowl!).
