That is the thing that worries me the most. Even being open sourced, there is no guarantee like... data is just collection of bits, and what if the company(ies) backups the data at specific intervals/events (ON THE SERVER END ONLY AND NO TRACE IN THE APPLICATION). It can then be delivered to what ever source they want... :/
I think the only option would be to develop your own application and then install it on your family and friends devices... And that is not feasible...

And can anyone confirm me that how are you sure for that your messages and other content is not being spyed on by the NSA? And what guarantee would one have if those services say that we would delete your data once it had been delivered and NO ONE would have access to your data...?

Naturally the NSA would like to target those people who are not letting them see their data... Cause they would think that they have something to hide from us so that's why they are using other...

This article is written by a non tech person for non tech persons in this DIGITAL AGE [unbelievable (@_@) ], and the most shocking part it features and gets approved on TechSpy. Even an amateur computer USER knows what is the difference between ROM (BIOS) and non volatile permanent storage (Hard Disk). It's like he is teaching computer 101 to children living in the jungles of Ghana (who've never seen one)....

What is with this post??? These specs have been speculated for quite some time now and the only thing this post offers is the exclusion of external memory, of which i think is not a game Samsung is going to play and they know that is their deal breaker. Even if they go with a 128 GB version they are leaving that slot there.

The Report that went viral earlier wasn't confirmed by any official sources and was just a guess that created enough conspiracy but a clearing statement from Samsung is a good response.

I think it is a little bit over priced, if it was nearly 60$, it would have been great in the low end market.
