Stupid daily mail. This is because they ran a story that too many children watch porn. But the fact is the parents are happy to parent their kids by putting them in front of a computer or tv. I can understand the opt in idea but "what if, say, parents would like access for themselves and their children are on the same ISP account?" and that is really the problem. The parents can all ready parent lock the internet (I think Norton antivirus has it). Its just another way the mail is trying to stir up a frenzy over nothing and something that can easily be "solved" by proper parenting
