not really. my friends and i all have facebook but we dont sit at our pcs the entire day checking out other peoples lives. we get together for drinks and socialize in person. on weekends we meet up for soccer and stuff like that.
we still lead pretty active lives with a lot of human interaction. most of us use it to keep in touch with family overseas.
if you using social media for keeping in touch with a friend that you see everyday or can visit and hang out, you have a big problem. life was good without facebook, but having it in your life does not mean it should take over 100%.
